Pursuant to section 7, paragraph 1 TMG (Telemedia Act) we - as a service provider - are responsible for own contents on these pages pursuant to the general laws. Pursuant to sections 8 – 10 TMG (Telemedia Act) we are not obliged, however, to monitor transferred or stored information of other people or to search for circumstances pointing to illegal activities. Obligations to remove or bar the use of information pursuant to the general laws shall remain unaffected by it.
